The base production cost of units from tier 1 to 10 was decreased by up to 10%. The base HP of all aerial units was bumped up by 20%. The artillery received a 25% increase in base health. The first special skill will be automatically unlocked when a Lieutenant is acquired. You can also add Lieutenants to Army Presets. You can add not one but two Lieutenants to the same army, but they have to be of different types. You can increase them to make your Lieutenants as strong as possible. Every Lieutenant has a rank, sub-ranks, and levels. That means that they are connected to a particular unit type. Each Lieutenant has a unit specification. You have to be level 22 or above to do it. You will be able to build and use it after the update becomes mandatory on 06/28.
