Looking at some of the drops released so far, I can’t imagine not wanting most of them in my decks. They’re truly meant to be bought for your personal use rather than be re-sold on the secondary market. However, there is a limit of 10 orders per person for each Lair.
It’s important to note that in each 24-hour window, each Lair has an unlimited print run, meaning that everybody who wants one will be able to purchase one. In it, WotC let us know that the first Secret Lairs would become available on the December 2, 2019. The first announcement for Secret Lairs came on September 25, 2019. Once a Secret Lair becomes available, you’re able to purchase the drop for 24 hours only.
